Unter diesem Titel vereint die Ausstellung "Aktuelles und Unvergessenes" - also herausragende Arbeiten von Künstlern und Künstlerinnen der Galerie, die das Potenzial haben, ständig als interessant und spannend aufzufallen, gleich zu welcher Zeit und in welchem Kontext sie auftauchen. Dem subjektiven Blick unterziehen sich Werke der letzten Jahre, aber auch ganz aktuelle aus Malerei, Fotografie, Skulptur und Video. Arbeiten, die bereits in vergangenen Ausstellungen gezeigt wurden, stellen in diesem Kontext ihre Wirkung und Aktualität erneut unter Beweis.

This title exemplifies the notion of "Actual and Unforgettable" - comprised of outstanding work from artists of the gallery that has gained popular attention and that is potentially the most interesting and exciting work that has ever been presented, however existing timelessly in an omniscient form and context. This includes a subjective view of ongoing work of recent years, but is also a topical spectrum of painting, photography, sculpture and video. Work that has already been exposed in recent exhibitions is included again in this context, Proving its topicality and concurrent impact.

Simultaneously, loop - raum für aktuelle kunst will be represented in "Preview Berlin - The Emerging Art Fair." from the 9th to 11 September 2011. Beside the presentation of new works by gallery artists Andreas Koch (DE), Frank Coldewey (DE) and Tian Tian Wang (CN), the young artist Sadie Weis (US) will give her debut. After her participation in the exhibition "Smoke Emits" with loop – raum für aktuelle kunst, she now displays a greater insight into her artistic work.
